How to order ?


Which methods of payment are available?

In our online shop you would be invoiced accordingly, after your spare parts have been shipped.

How long is the delivery time from the online shop?

Many of the articles from our HBC online shop are in stock. These articles are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time would depend upon the method of shipment. Upon receipt of your order we will of course send you an order confirmation with delivery time information.

Who can order from the online shop?

The online shop is available, world-wide. User registration and binding orders of articles however is restricted to customers from Germany. As an international customer, you are invited to put together a cart and send it together with your contact information to us via the shop as an order request. We will then forward this information to the HBC subsidiary whom will in turn, assist you in your request.

Please be aware that price information for our shop articles can only be viewed by registered users after a successful login!

Of course you can still order all spare parts and accessories from your local HBC contact person. A list with all our HBC subsidiaries can be found on our website under the menu item "Contact" / "HBC worldwide."

How does ordering from the online shop work?

Ordering from the online shop is very simple: you can comfortably navigate through our on-line shop to locate your desired parts. When you have found the requested item, additional information on the part is available via the "Details" button. Furthermore you can see the article in enlarged view with the "Zoom" function.

If you want to order the item, just put the desired amount into your shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart" button. In case you wish to enter a reference number for the ordered articles on the delivery note or invoice, please enter it into the proper field. It will then be printed on the delivery note and invoice.

After this you can chose to continue browsing the shop or proceed to the checkout.

The following possibilities are available for sending your order / query:

  • Log on with your user information which you were sent via mail after the initial registration. This option is very convenient, as all of your data (delivery address etc.) will be filled in automatically.
  • You do not yet have a user account and want to register (see also point 3. of the FAQ). After an initial collecting of your data we will send your personal user information via email as soon as possible. At the same time, as we can automatically can see which articles are in your cart, we will send you an individual offer for the these items (also via email).

Please note:
If we cannot register you as a customer of our online shop because your company is handled by one of our agencies abroad, we will forward your query to the proper agency. From there you will receive a nonbinding offer.

Can I view previous orders on the online shop?

All order processes of our online shop are stored. To view your previous transactions you need to be logged on. After this, just click on "My account" where a complete overview of your account information will be available!
